Local independent estate agent and Home Sale Network member, Barbers has successfully retained their ISO 9001:2008 Accreditation. ISO 9000 is an internationally recognised standard for an organisation’s internal quality management system. ISO accreditation results in improved service delivery, process and quality management.

ISO 9001:2008 quality policy is a formal statement from our management, closely linked to the business and marketing plan and to customer needs. Uptake of ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management scheme is growing and Barbers is one of over 40 Network offices who are ISO accredited.

Home Sale Network, the national network of independent estate agents across England, Scotland and Wales is highly selective in its invitation-only membership, basing its criteria on quality of service, local knowledge and professionalism amongst others. Each member is hand picked after thorough checks, which identifies them as the Local Expert in their area for buying or selling a property.
