Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Accounts person to join our Wellington accounts team. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in accounting software to manage financial transactions efficiently.
Duties:
- Preparation of monthly management accounts
- Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions
- Property management accounts (within our Lettings CRM system)
- Reconciliation of client bank account
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Accounts person or similar role
-Strong understanding of accounting principles
-Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
-Good organisational and time-management skills
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience of payroll would be an advantage
We are currently implementing new software systems across the Company so Initially the position will be office based but we will be happy to consider more flexible working in the future.
