Barbers Celebrate 20 Years Service of Staff

Directors Gail Furnival, Mark Hares, and Senior Sales team member Trine Nielsen-Minshall, are celebrating 20 years working together this year, for Barbers Estate Agents.  All three have dedicated 20 years of their professional life to Barbers, demonstrating their commitment, passion, and excellence throughout their journey with the company.

Gail joined Barbers in 2004. Her role as the Sales Director means that she oversees our Market Drayton office plus the privilege of valuing properties in the area. We estimate that she has successfully sold over 2000 properties in TF9 during her career!

Mark also joined Barbers in 2004. His role as the Sales Director sees him around the Whitchurch area, proudly managing the office and valuing local properties. His team are dedicated to their job showing care and professionalism at all times.

Trine joined the team in 2004, starting as a part time administrator. From the very beginning, she made her mark with her outstanding work ethic and her ability to adapt and excel in any task she undertook. It was clear that Trine was not just another employee but a VITAL part of our team’s success. She has taken on various roles, not only in Sales, but also as part of our lettings team, showcasing her versatility and dedication. Her contributions to training new staff members and advice to clients have been invaluable, driving our organisation forward and setting new standards of excellence.

These three are not only leaders in their professional domain but also mentors to many. Their willingness to share knowledge have helped nurture a supportive and collaborative work environment.Barbers are proud to have long standing members of the team.
