Propertymark was established in early 2017 with the intention of creating a clear and defined “stamp of approval” in the real estate industry. While the awarding bodies under the umbrella branch of Propertymark had always existed as signs of quality for Estate Agents, it seemed apt to rebrand to increase recognisability. The awarding bodies ARLA (The Association of Residential Lettings Agents) and NAEA (The National Association of Estate Agents) are a regulatory board which ensure that members maintain good standards.
