Visits to Rightmove surpassed 150 million for the first time in January 2020, making it the busiest month ever recorded as home-hunters looked to take advantage of a more certain political outlook.
The 152 million visits was a 7% increase on January 2019 and the massive 1.17 billion minutes logged by users was 4% more than this time last year.
The busiest day was Wednesday 29th January in a month where sales agreed were up 12% year-on-year, nationally. This is the biggest year-on-year jump in any month since July 2017!
