But don't just take our word for it. Here we speak to a recent success, Abby Barnett from Barbers who passed her Level 3 Technical Award in Residential Letting & Property Management last month.
We asked Abby what achieving the qualification means to her:
Abby said: “I am delighted to have achieved the Level 3 Technical Award in Residential Letting & Property Management. I began working as a Property Manager at Barbers last year, having never worked in an Estate Agency before, and the Technical Award has been an invaluable part of my training.
“The course has given me a firm knowledge of legal principles and guidelines for industry standards, leaving me confident in providing professional, current advice to all of our clients. Personally managing over 250 residential properties across Shropshire has been a challenge, but ARLA and NFoPP have supported me through my training and I am very proud to receive my certificate.”
Professional accreditation is part of the Barbers ethos, something reflected in our receipt of the inaugural NFoPP “Employment Qualifications Ambassador Award” in May 2016, and the encouragement received by my colleagues is something for which I am extremely grateful. I will certainly be looking to undertake the Level 4 Technical Award to further improve my knowledge!”
