Phil Spencer Announces Barbers as a Winning Agent

Barbers Estate & Letting Agents celebrated significant victories at the 21st ESTAS Awards, the UK property sector’s most prestigious event. The most exciting moment came when Gail Hodgson, from Whitchurch, was awarded the esteemed *Women in Estate Agency* award. We were absolutely delighted to see her collect this incredible honour, a true reflection of her hard work and dedication.

In addition to this achievement, Barbers' Wellington team took home the *Silver* award for Landlords, while the Whitchurch Sales team earned an award for being the Best in the County of Shropshire. The agency also received *Bronze* in the West Midlands region for Landlords and Sales. Furthermore, Barbers was recognized as the *Best Local Letting Agency Group* and *Best Local Estate Agency Group* for the West Midlands, an outstanding accomplishment for all four of our offices.

The winners were revealed by the nation’s favourite TV property presenter, Phil Spencer, during a glamorous ceremony at Grosvenor House in London, attended by 1,000 of the UK’s top property professionals.

The ESTAS Awards, now in their 21st year, are powered by customer reviews, with this year’s results based on over 300,000 verified ratings from home movers.
