I can’t quite believe that the time has come around again for another monthly Nova editorial. It seriously only feels like yesterday that I wrote the last one, so what’s happening in the market? Well it’s still quite buoyant but viewing levels certainly are not as high as they were midsummer which you would expect for this time of year but you can never tell!
I have said it many times that this year has been a rollercoaster of events and so it remains, every time I think it’s going quiet, off we go again! I can’t complain and it certainly makes life interesting. Some properties are being seen frequently by viewers others not so much. Some properties do not have any viewings for several weeks only to be suddenly inundated. The only thing I can suggest to my clients is if it’s not happening right now, be patient, if the property is good we will find the buyer.
This will be my final Barbers alphabet you will be pleased to know and I have got to the letter V.
V is for Very. Very good at what we do, I hope that I’m not boasting but I have confidence that the way we approach this business with a great attitude and enthusiasm backed up by great training and knowledge only years in the business can give you makes us very good at what we do. W is for weeding out the wheat from the chaff. It’s our job as estate agents to ensure that the right people reach your property, make an offer and proceed to completion as smoothly as possible. We ensure that all the right procedures are adhered to therefore making your sale as safe as possible. X is for X factor Of Course! Does your agent have the x factor and what is it? In our opinion it’s the determination to be the best. To accumulate the best talent available to sell your home and to continue to hone and encourage that talent to achieve beyond all others. Y is for Yes we can and Y is also for You are the most important person to us. Z is for Zen, it’s an aspiration but one definition is this. is this: a total state of focus that incorporates a total togetherness of body and mind. Zen is a way of being. It also is a state of mind. Zen involves dropping illusion and seeing things without distortion created by your own thoughts.
Before I finish, I want to remind anyone who is looking for a quick sale solution about our auction service. The modern method of auctionoffers clientsamore accessible route, creates a transparent platform for buyers and sellers combining the best aspects of traditional auction and private treaty sales. It offers more realistic yet fixed timescales, opening up the market place for buyers and sellers looking to arrange mortgages as their method of payment. The exchange of contracts has 28 days to take place from the solicitors receipt of draft contracts, whereas with traditional auctions, the exchange of contracts will usually take place as soon as the buyer has won the bid.The modern method of auction opens the auction market (once reserved for the professional investor or cash-ready buyer) up to residential buyers, creating a larger market place and more interest and activity than traditional auction. It is the preferred route for buying and selling via auction and has changed the perception of auction in the last decade.
The next Public Auction West Midlands Property Auction takes place on Wednesday 23rd November 2016, Molineux Stadium, Waterloo Road, Wolverhampton, WV1 4QR Register to Bid: 18:30 | Auction Starts: 19:30 If you are interested to see how it works or have a property which you feel suits this type of sale then please call the office for further information 01952 820 239.
