Senior Property Manager
Gemma oversees property management for landlords, ensuring all aspects are handled efficiently. This includes coordinating repairs, collecting rent, implementing rent increases, and keeping landlords informed about essential regulations such as gas checks, EPCs, and electrical inspections. With a background in banking and insurance, Gemma has been a valuable member of the Barbers team for over nine years. Gemma is also a key part of our senior lettings management team.
