What is your role at Barbers?
I joined Barbers in 2021, bringing with me a wealth of previous experience, having worked for over 20 years in property sales and customer service. I am passionate about delivering the best experience for customers during what can be the most exciting but nerve wracking time of their lives and I want to make the experience as enjoyable as possible.
What do you do when you’re not working?
I have two daughters and little dog called Pippa, in my spare time I enjoy making roast dinners for the family and walking my dog around my local area of Lawley Village. I am originally from Bury, Lancashire and I’m often recognised by my strong northern accent.
What do you like the most working for Barbers?
As a seller, it’s an incredible moment when an offer is accepted on your property. At Barbers, we do not believe our job is done at that point.. it’s my job as a sales progressor to liaise with all parties involved including solicitors, surveyors other agents the buyer and the seller to keep things moving along. To put simply, it is my job to help reduce the period between offer and exchange by gathering all of the sales relevant details and acting as both a point of contact for parties involved in the sale and the person who chases all of these people to get the job done. I enjoy working at Barbers as their customers are at the heart of everything they do and they understand the importance of delivering the best customer service . I get the greatest satisfaction knowing I have helped people through a major milestone in their lives- this is where my passion lies and I am so grateful I get to do this as my career.
